In Kaunas - the delivery price is €5. 


Delivery in the Kaunas area - 10, minimum order 25 (the price is valid within 30 km, counting from Savanorių pr. 255, Hypermaxima, where we are located). Further addresses are charged 0.60 cents per 1 km. After receiving your order, we will recalculate the price, contact you, and if the distance is more than 30 km, we will send an additional payment.

Order execution

The customer's order STARTS EXECUTION after the customer has made payment for the selected goods and services.

Orders can be delivered early in the morning (8am to 10am) or late in the evening (6pm to 8pm) upon customer's request, in which case a double delivery charge applies.

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS IN VILNIUS, KLAIPĖDA, ALYTUS.

 

We deliver to these cities only next day or later on your preferred date. In order for the order to be delivered the next day, the order must be placed before 6 p.m. in the evening. We cannot guarantee the exact time when it will be delivered, because it is no longer our couriers who carry it.

Filling in the delivery form

When filling out the delivery form, be sure to enter the desired delivery time.

 

The customer is informed about the accepted order and completed delivery to the e-mail address specified when filling out the order form.

Delivery

Each order delivery is coordinated by phone with the recipient and takes into account the convenient delivery time and place indicated by the recipient. Therefore, the time and place of fulfillment of the order may differ from that specified in the order.

Before delivering the flowers, we always call the recipient to arrange when he will be at home or at another place specified by the customer. If the recipient is not found at home, a note is left on the door with an address where the bouquet can be collected from our studio. After an unsuccessful attempt to deliver the flowers, they can be left in a safe place (at the neighbors, on the porch, etc.) if the customer agrees. Both the recipient and the sender are informed about the flowers left in this way.

 

On public holidays, such as Valentine's Day, March 8th, Mother's Day, due to the high busyness of couriers, we cannot guarantee the same delivery time as indicated in the order.

We are not responsible for late delivery or non-delivery if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the order is missing or the recipient's phone number is incorrect.

If the order cannot be delivered by any means, the payment for the flowers and the delivery fee will not be refunded to the customer. If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers, the payment is not returned to the customer.

The recipient cannot demand to exchange the ordered goods for money or other goods. Claims from the recipient regarding quality are accepted only at the time of delivery of the order.
